Shipping
- How long does a paddle take?
- Paddles are specially curated and packed. Paddles will be delivered within 2-4 working days.
- What does shipping cost?
- Free shipping across India.
- Do you ship outside India?
- If you want to place an order outside India, please contact us via WhatsApp or email — we will do the needful.
Returns
- Can I return a paddle?
- For any returns please contact us via WhatsApp or email, we will understand the issue and take it forward.
Warranty & care
- What is covered?
- One year against delamination, core failure and edge separation. We repair where a repair is honest and replace where it is not, and your edition number travels with you to the replacement.
- And the carbon face?
- Raw carbon is meant to be touched, not scrubbed. Clean it with a damp cloth and or a certified carbon eraser. Solvents and alcohol wipes will smooth the peel-ply texture that gives the face its story.
Numbered editions
- What does the number mean?
- Each package is struck with its position in the run (no. 86 of 100, say) and logged against the certificate in the box. It is a record of when in the run your paddle was made, not a grade.
- Will Gumbaz Elegance come back?
- No. When a drop sells out, it closes. The next drop will be a different shape, a different pattern and a different design with a new story, and Gumbaz Elegance owners get first access to it.
